Your new roleAs a Senior Frontend Developer, you'll work within a self-managing Scrum team contributing to the development of large-scale React applications hosted in Azure. You'll be involved in technical design discussions, building new features, reviewing code, writing unit and integration tests, and collaborating across multiple teams within a broader Agile release train.Working in a customer-focused environment, you'll help solve real-world business problems through intuitive, high-performing web applications and modern cloud-native architecture.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years' commercial software engineering experience
- Strong React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript experience
- Experience developing large-scale customer-facing web applications
- Exposure to Azure cloud environments
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing and peer code reviews
- Experience working within enterprise-scale products, SaaS platforms or microservices architectures
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools or AI-enabled solutions is highly regarded
- Initial 6-month contract with strong extension potential
- Enterprise-scale product development environment
- Modern Azure cloud ecosystem
