An established global financial services organisation is seeking a KYC Data Migration Analyst to join a high-profile client migration program within its Wealth Management division.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in KYC, client onboarding, periodic reviews, remediation, or account maintenance who are looking to contribute to a large-scale transformation project within a sophisticated financial services environment.
About the RoleWorking within a dedicated migration team, you will support the transition of client accounts and data onto new investment and client relationship management platforms. The role focuses on ensuring client information and supporting documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant prior to migration.You will collaborate closely with client service teams, advisers, and internal stakeholders to resolve documentation requirements, investigate data discrepancies, and maintain the highest standards of data integrity throughout the migration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed reviews of client data and documentation prior to migration
- Verify account information for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
- Identify and remediate data discrepancies, missing information, and documentation gaps
- Support advisers and client service teams with KYC and account documentation queries
- Follow up on outstanding requirements to ensure migration timelines are met
- Maintain migration checklists, procedures, and quality control processes
- Provide accurate updates for project tracking and reporting purposes
- Ensure consistent application of compliance and documentation standards
- Experience in KYC, client onboarding, account maintenance, remediation, periodic reviews, AML/CTF, or client due diligence with corporate and/or institutional entities
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality
- Ability to identify inconsistencies and resolve documentation issues efficiently
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven project environment
- Proactive and organised approach with strong problem-solving capability
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Financial services, wealth management, banking, or investment management experience
- Exposure to Client Identification Program (CIP), KYC, onboarding, remediation, or periodic review activities
- Understanding of Australian regulatory and compliance requirements
