Your new roleAs a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, project teams, and technology partners to understand business needs, capture requirements, and support the successful delivery of ICT solutions. You will facilitate workshops, undertake business and process analysis, perform gap analysis, develop business cases, and produce detailed functional and technical documentation. The role will see you acting as the key link between business and technology teams while supporting both Agile and Waterfall project delivery environments.
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Significant experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex ICT projects and programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Proven ability to develop business cases, process maps, functional specifications, and project documentation.
- Experience working across Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Business Analysis certifications such as IIBA, CBAP, or CAP will be highly regarded.
