Aufgaben

Plan and execute Red Team and Purple Team engagements across on-premises and cloud environments
Identify vulnerabilities, attack paths, and security weaknesses, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Partner with detection and response teams to improve security monitoring, response capabilities, and overall resilience
Participate in cyber security incident response activities, including on-call duty when required
Plan, coordinate, and support external penetration testing engagements end-to-end
Build and enhance AI capabilities within the Red Team, leveraging AI-driven approaches for attack simulations and security assessments
Deliver training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen offensive security capabilities across the organization

Profil

Hands-on experience in Red Teaming, Offensive Security, or Penetration Testing
Strong understanding of attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and their application in ethical security assessments
Good knowledge of detection engineering, logging, SIEM platforms, and SOC operations
Solid foundation in Windows, Linux, Active Directory, identity management, and enterprise environments
Knowledge of web, network, and cloud security concepts
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical risks into business-relevant insights
Professional proficiency in English; certifications such as OSCP, CPTS, or equivalent are considered a plus
