Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for negotiating brokerage rates and strategic brokerage deals across APAC, ensuring alignment between regions, brands, and business lines.
• Facilitate communication between Pricing teams from banks/clients and APAC
• Deliver timely and accurate analysis on brokerage rates to support optimal pricing outcomes during negotiations.
• Lead price negotiations with customers on behalf of Front Office management.
• Identify strategic pricing opportunities and assist the business in developing actionable implementation plans.
• Serve as a project leader, collaborating closely with senior management and the Chief Pricing Officer to execute price increase strategies and other strategic pricing initiatives.
• Partner with the central pricing team to monitor performance of pricing initiatives, providing updates and recommendations to APAC
• Propose innovative solutions to improve negotiation outcomes and support business evolution.
• Conduct market analysis on industry trends and regulatory developments.
• Represent the firm in client calls, working with CRM teams and senior management as part of broader strategic client discussions.
• Act as a key stakeholder in the end-to-end brokerage process in APAC, collaborating with Operations, IT, Finance, and Compliance to strengthen processes.
• Work closely with Operations teams (Brokerage, Accounts Receivable) to ensure proper approval of all brokerage rates.
• Assist with client escalations related to brokerage and debt matters when required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful APAC Pricing Manager should have:

• Strong knowledge of the Prime Brokerage Business
• Experience in the Banking & Financial Services domain.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in analyzing market data and developing pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in Hong Kong.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
