Business Analyst - Credit Cards Transformation

About the Role Join a large-scale banking transformation program focused on credit card platform migration and integration. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors, you will play a key role in business analysis, migration planning, vendor management, and requirements delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for credit card migration and transformation initiatives.
• Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and solution scoping to support project delivery.
• Work closely with business users and technology teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Manage vendors throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring requirements and deliverables are aligned with business objectives.
• Support migration planning, implementation readiness, testing, and business adoption activities.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement review sessions.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed business requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience on either the business or IT side.
• Strong retail banking product knowledge, preferably in Credit Cards.
• Experience in migration, system implementation, or transformation projects.
• Proven experience in vendor management and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process mapping, scoping, and gap analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; conversational Mandarin
