Job Description
Our client, an enterprise-level leader, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Assistant Project Manager to work on their Large Scale AI Digital Transformation Project. The current project focuses on improving internal operational efficiency and enhance external user experience, and leveraging AI and to automate processes and enhance service delivery.

The project operates in a enterprise environment requiring close coordination across multiple stakeholders and vendors to ensure continuous improvement and successful delivery. This BA/APM will gather users requirements, handles documentation drafting and pass to IT developers and vendors, and assist PM to handle PM duties like timeline management, vendor management, resources allocation, and coordinates between large parties of stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years IT experience
• Vendor Management Experience
• Prior experience in working with multiple parties of internal users
• Background in large and complex enterprise environments is a must
• Can-do and can-learn attitude
• Business analysis skills (Requirement gathering, documentation, UAT, simple data reading)
• Good communication skills in both Cantonese and Mandarin
