What You'll Be Driving

Frontline Customer Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering fast, helpful support across phone, email, and live chat.
Technical Problem-Solving: Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer issues to ensure seamless resolution.
Feedback Loop & Product Insights: Capture customer feedback, document emerging product issues, and share actionable insights with internal product and operational teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Operations to track, escalate, and resolve complex technical cases.
Strategic Input: Translate ground-level feedback, support reports, and market trends into practical recommendations for management.

What You'll Need

Experience: 0-1 years of experience in customer support or client success (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Execution: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a structured approach to prioritizing in a high-growth environment.
Mindset: Highly customer-centric with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shift arrangements.

Prior experience in Fintech, Payments, Hospitality Tech, or a high-growth marketplace.
