About Our Client

Our client is a growing FinTech company providing technology-driven solutions and services to the financial industry across the APAC region. They are seeking a Japanese-speaking Business Development Representative to support business growth, develop partnerships, and expand their presence in the Japanese market.

Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (Japanese Speaking), your main responsibilities will include:

• Explore potential agents of FX companies for the Japanese market
• Sales Planning for business expansion
• Promote financial products to Japanese customers
• Handle current clients and explore new clients
• Participate in internal sales meeting
• Occasional business trip to Japan

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager (Japanese Speaking) should possess:

• The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with strong Japanese language capabilities, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to build relationships with Japanese-speaking clients while driving revenue growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related discipline; a Master's degree in Business Administration is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience. Candidates with experience in financial services sales (e.g., banking, securities, forex, or related industries) will be preferred.
• Previous experience working in a Japanese company is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in both Japanese and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 level is required. Native Japanese speakers are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Outgoing, mature, responsible, and a collaborative team player.
• Results-driven with a strong sales mindset and the ability to achieve business targets.

• Annual salary between HKD 480,000 and HKD 600,000.
