Our client is an established and rapidly growing financial technology business focused on providing cross border payments services globally.
This is a newly created, critical leadership role that will work closely with C-suite stakeholders and manages a team of senior compliance officers across different locations.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and oversee the global compliance programme, ensuring ongoing adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, licensing obligations and operational standards across all entities.
- Provide leadership to a team of senior compliance professionals across end-to-end compliance functions.
- Provide pragmatic compliance advisory to the business and assist with navigating the global regulatory landscape.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- At least 15 years of compliance experience in the financial services sector with 5 years within the FinTech, Payments, or Web3/Crypto industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory regimes across Hong Kong, UK and Eu.
- Leadership qualities and strong stakeholders’ management skills
