Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Audit & Accounts Senior to join our city centre based office. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of audit and accounting clients across a range of industries, delivering high-quality services while building strong client relationships. This role offers excellent opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities
• Preparation of management accounts, financial reports and statutory financial statements
• Assist clients with financial reporting and technical accounting matters
• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion for a portfolio of clients.
• Prepare audit planning documentation, risk assessments, and audit programmes.
• Supervise, coach, and review the work of junior team members.
• Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services.
Key Requirements
• ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an Irish accountancy practice.
• Experience preparing statutory financial statements.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish GAAP (FRS 102).
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
