A leading global brokerage and financial services organization is seeking an experienced Financial Markets Sales Lead to drive commercial growth within its retail trading division in Japan. This leadership position will oversee customer-facing sales operations, enhance team performance, and develop strategies to expand client acquisition and revenue growth.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead a high-performing sales team, improve operational effectiveness, and ensure exceptional client experiences while maintaining compliance with financial market regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets and business growth objectives.
• Collaborate with the Vice President to implement operational improvements and optimize sales performance.
• Analyse team performance metrics, including call evaluations and customer engagement data, to improve productivity.
• Coach and mentor sales professionals to deliver high-quality customer support and service excellence.
• Manage escalated customer issues while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Over 3 years of experience managing customer-focused sales teams or commercial departments with proven business success.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, securities, foreign exchange (FX), and global trading environments.
• Experience managing retail trading, brokerage, financial products, or client service operations.
• Knowledge of Japanese regulations related to OTC (Over-the-Counter) financial instruments.
