The Role

• Lead brand marketing, advertising, and public relations initiatives to enhance market awareness and corporate reputation
• Develop and execute PR strategies, press releases, media communications, and brand campaigns
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and key stakeholders
• Drive cross-functional projects involving marketing, sales, and operational teams
• Collaborate with both local and overseas stakeholders to ensure alignment on branding and communications initiatives
• Support corporate positioning, thought leadership, and brand growth activities within the Japanese market

Your Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, public relations, corporate communications, or a related field
• Experience working with PR agencies, advertising agencies, or media organizations
• Demonstrated experience coordinating projects across multiple departments and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Business-level Japanese and practical English communication skills
• Experience within the technology, IT services, or professional services sector is preferred
• Experience managing websites, social media channels, or digital marketing initiatives is advantageous
• Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
