Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise Infrastructure and Cloud strategy aligned with business priorities and long-term technology vision.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives spanning cloud adoption, infrastructure modernisation, automation, platform engineering, and operational excellence.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology investments, risks, and innovation opportunities.
• Provide executive oversight across cloud platforms, data centres, networks, workplace technology, platform services, and technology operations.
• Ensure enterprise platforms deliver the highest standards of availability, scalability, security, and performance.
• Drive technology standardisation, governance, and continuous improvement across the infrastructure landscape.
• Establish a world-class operating model focused on service reliability, resilience, automation, and customer experience.
• Oversee technology resilience, disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident management capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and risk management requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
• 15+ years of technology leadership experience, including responsibility for large-scale infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Proven experience leading large organisations and managing substantial technology budgets.
• Strong track record delivering enterprise-wide cloud transformation, infrastructure modernisation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience operating within complex, highly regulated, or mission-critical environments.
• Exceptional executive stakeholder management, leadership, and organisational transformation capabilities.
