RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee the full lifecycle of credit facilities — from implementation, disbursement, and redemption to annual documentation reviews.
2. Provide independent oversight on credit risk and ensure compliance with policies, authority limits, and regulatory standards (MAS637, MAS757, S35, S29).
3. Lead process improvement, digital transformation, and operations excellence initiatives to enhance productivity and client experience.
4. Guide and inspire your team through change — ensuring strong governance, control, and collaboration across functions and borders.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 10 years of experience in Corporate or Commercial Credit Administration with deep knowledge of legal documentation and lending products (bilateral/syndicated loans).
2. Expertise across financing types — shipping, aircraft, property, commodities, project, and sustainable financing.
3. Strong understanding of loan operations, trade finance, treasury, and supply chain finance.
4. Proven ability to drive transformation and manage cross-functional initiatives.
5. Analytical, meticulous, and action-oriented with excellent stakeholder management skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
8. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for Analyst/Senior Analyst positions.
