Currently partnering with a well establish private bank in search for Assistant Relationship Managers (ARM). You will be supporting the Relationship Managers (RMs) in managing and servicing a portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients. The role focuses on providing exceptional client service, ensuring smooth execution of banking transactions, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting business development efforts.

Preferred Profile

- Provide day-to-day support to Relationship Managers in managing client relationships and portfolios.
- Act as a key point of contact for client servicing requests, transaction inquiries, and account-related matters.
- Execute and process client instructions relating to account opening, cash transfers, securities trading, foreign exchange, and other banking transactions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Compliance, KYC/CDD, Credit, and Product Specialists to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
- Prepare client meeting materials, portfolio reviews, investment proposals, and presentation decks.
- Ensure all client documentation, account maintenance, and KYC reviews are completed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding client documentation and periodic account reviews.
- Support RMs in identifying opportunities for asset growth, revenue generation, and client acquisition.
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and internal banking systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Banking, or related discipline.
- 2-8 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Priority Banking, or a client servicing environment.
- Sound understanding of private banking products and processes.
- Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional Asian language capabilities (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) may be advantageous depending on client coverage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Profile
- Experience supporting SEA, South Asia, North Asia, or Greater China market teams.
- Familiarity with account opening, documentation review, and transaction processing.
- Client-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work closely with senior bankers and cross-functional teams.
