We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support the design and delivery of technology solutions within a large-scale enterprise environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing solution architectures that align with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end solution architectures for complex technology projects.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, architects, developers, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate architectural risks and technical challenges.
- Support solution reviews and ensure seamless integration across multiple systems and platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
- Facilitate workshops and communicate solution designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in large and complex environments.
- Strong background in application, integration, infrastructure, and cloud architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Experience with API-led integration, RESTful services, JSON, and related technologies.
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and modern digital delivery practices.
- Exposure to hybrid cloud and virtualization technologies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work across multiple initiatives.
- Experience delivering enterprise-wide transformation or modernization programs.
- Exposure to cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience working within complex regulatory or public sector environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to influence decision-making and drive outcomes.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.
