Description & Requirements

• Develop pricing models and other analyses required for organization's strategic decisions.
• Support in delivering pricing models to internal and external customers, to price risks as accurately as possible.
• Support in providing justification and documentations for pricing models and other analysis, for credibility and continuous improvement of analysis.
• Balance price competitiveness and price sufficiency to assist in achieving overall target GWP and NWP while maintaining profitability.
• Support in delivering data / analysis to internal and external customers to support pricing decision or other financial strategic decisions.
• Support in monitoring claim experience to identify needs for price review.
• Analyse competitor pricing actions / behaviour, benchmarking against the pricing strategy Business Operations.
• Support relevant team in developing or maintaining the rate structure in the system for accurate quotations and smooth operation.
• Work on technical infrastructure, data management, and application development to ensure system quality & data availability.
• Support on corporate governance and regulations.
• Ensure good corporate governance is practiced and are being exercised by the company
